Wrap it level around your head where the hat’s sweatband will sit, about ½ to 1 inch above your eyebrows and ears.

Fiesta Bird
I’m so glad I got this hat. I am constantly getting compliments on it and people keep asking me where I got it. I just tell them, “Effing Wear It.” They get a kick out of that.
