My first impression was that the hat is very well made and the fabric is super soft and comfortable to wear all day. The fit is a little bit on the bigger side but not a dealbreaker by any means. This has definitely become my go to brand for hats. Also their customer service is top notch, will definitely be ordering more soon. Especially since everyone keeps trying to steal my hat now
